What is the Return & Refund Policy?
If you receive your order in a damaged state or incorrect state, please contact us at email@example.com and provide both of the following:
- Your Order #
- Pictures of the damaged item
We will review your submission and do one of the following:
- provide a direct refund
- resend the product (depending on it's availability)
How do I receive the refund?
To receive a refund, you will need to mail the damaged item (some larger items excluded) to:

Upon receiving and inspecting the item a refund will be issued within 3 days to the credit/debit card that was used for the purchase.
Will this happen to you?
Almost no chance as we have a crazy high delivery success rate (>99%). We don't anticipate items delivering damaged as we strive to make sure orders are packaged correctly and shipped safely. We unfortunately cannot always control how your package is handled while in transit.
If your order was received and doesn't meet your satisfaction, please let us know why so we can make adjustments on our end go forward. Above all, we own up to our mistakes (we aren't perfect!) and will do our best to make sure you have a seamless shopping experience with us!
